Sutton Coldfield Moor Hall
On Wednesday 3rd November 2010 we held a seminar at Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield which was very well attended following an advertising campaign in local press. Greg Walters, Director of ROC explained the proposition of investing in luxury hotel resorts. This was then followed by a presentation by Charlie King, Managing Director of The Resort Group who are developing 2 luxury 5 star hotel resort on Sal Island in Cape Verde. The final part of the evening was a presentation on how pension funds can be used to purchase overseas property with ROC presented by David Allen, Independent Financial Adviser. Guests at the event were then free to speak individually with staff from ROC and The Resort Group.
