On Wednesday 3rd February 2010 we held a seminar at Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield which was very well attended. Greg Walters, Director of ROC explained the proposition of investing in luxury hotel resorts. This was then followed by a presentation by Katherine Wooller Network Sales Director for Harlequin Hotels & Resorts who are creating resort hotels in the Caribbean. The final part of the evening was a presentation on how pension funds can be used to purchase overseas property with ROC presented by David Allen, Independent Financial Adviser.
