Managing Director, Greg Walters has developed a high level of knowledge in regards to property markets and investments through experience and working within the financial services and property sector. Greg is fortunate to be able to combine his passion for travelling with searching out new and exciting investment opportunities. An avid fan of travelling and staying in hotels around the world, after a short career in professional football with Aston Villa Football Club he moved to work in financial services within a major investment firm and then a number of financial advisory firms.

Using his own personal experiences of investing Greg then moved into the property arena and has been assisting individuals to invest in property throughout Europe, Africa and The Caribbean for the past five years. Greg was pleased to receive the Best Small Agent Award at the inaugural Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) Awards in 2008.

Business Development Manager, John Ford has always had an understanding and passion for property investment which started with his own U.K property portfolio in the halcyon days of the 1980’s.
This then took him overseas as John founded a worldwide agency and corporate events company. He could now witness at first hand the development and growth within the emerging markets and see investments come to fruition as profitable business. John was short-listed as a nominee for Securicor Cellular Services, Business Awards and has worked alongside companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Sega and Cannon Business Solutions.

Due to his wealth of knowledge within the field it was a natural progression for John to move into a consultancy role, independentely advising investors on International real estate investments of which he has been now doing successfully for 10 years. He has a loyal base of investors and shares the companies vision for expansion and success with customer service a priority.

Investment Consultant, Chris Southall has taken his own personal experience in property investment to aid and help others in creating wealth through investing in luxurious beach front projects. He understands the careful strategy of choosing the right property and planning exit options for his clients right from the start of the investment. Chris has spent the last 18 months building good solid relationships with his clients and potential investors as he believes this is a crucial part of an excellent client/consultant relationship.

The main focus of this relationship is he relishes the challenge of providing his clients with information on not just one country but a number of market places around the globe, this way his clients are always aware of changes in the market place and provided with new investment opportunities that come to light.
